I have a customer that has been completing tasks where dependencies haven’t been met. (Waiting on internal things before they should be able to work on their tasks).How do I enforce a strict rule to prevent them from working on things that aren’t ready?

How can a task assignee keep others in the loop with their task status?

I have a customer that is assigned a task. When they complete the task, they want others on their team to be notified so they stay in the loop. They don’t want to forward the email to other customer participants.

Is there an activity log that admins can use? Specific scenario: I was OOO and come back to see changes to internal projects and a new user added as an admin. Can I pull a log that shows who made those internal changes?

Hello Fellow Project Managers,Best wishes to all for New Year 2024. Any tips to find a particular task in a project?Most of my projects have 40+ Milestones and tasks average 200+ in a given project. Often team members have this challenge to find a particular task in the project.   Any tips to help the team is much appreciated. RC

Reports Tab Questions

Who can create reports? Is this license level determined?If there is a report that I will never need or use, that is on my reports sideview - can I remove it from my view? Once I filter a report. That filtering was not saved.  How can I save a filter that I applied to a report?

Rename / Edit a FILTER

Once you create a filter. Save that filter. Is there a way to rename that saved filter?  Is there a way to make changes to that saved filter and save it again, thus updating it?

Is there a way to show all completed task and Milestones in an “Expanded View”?  It is driving me crazy - as I look back over a project I want to be able to see everything fully expanded.

[GuideCX API] GET /tasks props[] not working

Hi everyone!I’m working on GuideCX API integration.While testing the API with Postman I noticed that passing in the query props[property]=value isn’t working properly.I want to filter tasks by responsibility field containing “CUSTOMER” value.Just like documentation requires, I added include=properties in the query string.Link to the documentation: https://api.guidecx.com/api/v2/docs#get-/tasks Screenshot of tasks data without filtering by props[responsibility]=CUSTOMER:(property responsibility = “CUSTOMER” is clearly here)Screenshot after applying filter props[responsibility] = CUSTOMER:(No data is found) Would much appreciate any insights into this, thanks! :)
