Help me understand this report

I understand that the “Add your Team” customer task has been completed 15 times.

It also looks like it has been late 7% of the time… We’ve allotted 3 business days to get it done…

Where I’m scratching my head is- What does the -15 days mean?

Hi @Elan -- the “-15” means this task is completed on average 15 days prior to its due date (which tells me it is likely often completed prior to it being assigned). 

The “Average Completed Duration” is an average of how many days before or after task assignment was the task marked “Done”
