There’s a typo in the customer’s info (email address), how do I edit that?

If you hover over their contact card within the team tab of the project, you should see the three dots to edit their information.

 

According to the FAQs in the How To Add Customers to Projects article:

 

“If you see a customer on your project and you don't see the three dots to edit their information, then chances are they also use GUIDEcx as a provider. When that is the case, that is expected behavior. We don't allow you to edit the settings of another GUIDEcx user.”
