We’re finding that some existing functionalities are affected with this new impersonate feature turned on.
- Trouble adding or removing team members to projects (it just spins and spins)
- When trying to add Internal member to the team, the search functionality does not work. You have to scroll through the entire list that isn’t even in alphabetical order.
Both functionalities work when the View as Customer Roles feature is turned off in Labs.
Our team is very excited about the impersonate feature but cannot utilize it with other basic functionalities affected. How quickly can the fixes be released so we can take full advantage of the new feature?
