Hi- Is there anywhere I can get to Support without actually logging in? I don’t see anywhere I can find a support email address. My issue is with being able to log in, so I can’t get to the tickets or chat.

You can send an email to support@guidecx.com to enter a ticket.
But now that I looked around - that is definitely a frustrating thing. Hope someone sees this and makes some changes to the website and the community page with prominent info about all the ways to contact support. Even better - have the link to start the support chat right here in the community!

When I had login issues in the past, I was able to go to the guideCX company website and use the chat window there without any kind of login, rather than emailing, but good to know that option exists as well
