When looking at reports I can only seem to sort by a specific tag, or by a collection of tags that have been used on projects. We use project tags to identify different sales reps, order methods, and products that the client is being set up with. However I can only figure out how to filter by a single tag, which means looking at one, then another, and not able to side by side compare. Is there a way to do this?
I have saved a template from a project plan and it shows up in the templates but when I try to create a new plan, I cannot add the template to the project because it is not showing in the list of templates.

My team has a very dialed onboarding process. However, our account management/ongoing customer success program could use some TLC. Can anyone in this community point me to some resources that can help us learn about best practices for customers outside of onboarding? We are looking for recommendations on PLN’s, books, articles, podcasts, blogs, etc. that you have found beneficial. Thank you in advance!
Where can i pull an external link to a project that can be shared with customers?
Will the assignee receive a notification that a task has started if I remove the dependency and backdate the task?
After removing template, can I get the attachments back or undo that change?
I’m sure I’m not the only one who is getting asked about how we can improve our AI usage at their company. Since guideCX is a critical platform for my teams, I’m curious if anyone has started to leverage AI to help increase efficiency in the use of the guideCX platform? I’m not necessarily sure where the value could lie directly, so any out of the box use cases people would be open to sharing would be really cool to hear. Would love to get some inspiration 🤓

I am on the Projects view. I only have 1 column sorted. That sorted column is “completed tasks”. The results is not as expected. Please see the attachment. Why would the 10 completed tasks not be under the 13 completed tasks?
Brand new to GuideCX. Does anyone else have issues with the Task status buttons rendering properly in the Outlook Desktop application? It’s cutting off the text in the button unless I really zoom out to ~60% in the email. Works completely fine in the browser version, but this seems like a pretty significant flaw in a very common application, and most of our team and customers use Desktop.
Has anyone run into issues with being able to respond to GUIDEcx tasks via email in Outlook?A customer I am working with advised that they are unable to directly respond via email as outlook will not allow the "respond via" email. The reply-to address seems to be the issue, its not being recognized as a valid email address. Is this maybe something their IT may need to add to an allowlist? Im pretty unfamiliar with Outlook so I’m not sure where to get started in trying to help them resolve this issue.
When I am on my task screen, and I refresh the page, the task list goes to my default task view. What is the proper way to refresh the task screen, with the filters that I’m using at that moment?
