Issue when pasting formatted text into a message

Most everything I use Notes/Messages for is to document data/conversations from other places - such as my Meeting Notes.  The issue is that when I paste them into a message - the formatting from the other app causes them font size to be HUGE in Messages.  Any way to get around that.Here is a snippet from the notes that I am pasting in...  Here is what they look like pasted into messages in GuideCX
