Ok - just jumped in to the beta for View As Customer (even thought I have a ton of other work to do - I thought - Hey - let me go play with this instead ) I have several questions - but I’ll put them in different posts so it’s less confusing.
I noticed when I went to my Team Page - that everyone - including me is saying that the Task Emails is off - when I know that isn’t the case for my internal people - and definitely not me. Is this a bug? And are customers automatically defaulted to getting all the emails?
