Sort on Completed Tasks in Projects View

I am on the Projects view. I only have 1 column sorted. That sorted column is “completed tasks”.  The results is not as expected.  Please see the attachment. Why would the 10 completed tasks not be under the 13 completed tasks?

Can you assign a checklist to more than one assignee?

I can’t seem to assign two customers to one shared checklist (it’s on a single task).I was only able to assign all the tasks to one customer, and now the other customer whom I didn't assign all the tasks to can’t see the checklist in their compass view.Any tips or workarounds are welcomed!

How do I add links as project attachments? There is an opportunity to add them during initial project setup, but I can’t see where to do this once the project is in progress.

My Window Refreshes Back to Projects View

When I have a project opened in a tab, and it has been idle for 3 hours (or so), when I go to modify that project in any way, as soon as I touch any tab, the screen immediately refreshes back to the main all projects view.  This happens repeatedly - if an opened tab has been idle for hours. To give context, when I arrive each morning, I opened up all projects that I need to work on for that day, in a separate tab. This is why some tabs, are idle for hours (because I haven’t gotten to them yet). Nevertheless, I do not expect, Guide CX to refresh the screen back to the all projects view.

Missing 2 Custom Fields after migration to new Custom Fields

I am just now logging in and looking around at the new custom fields.  I have moved from the app.guidecx.com to the new url.  And as I’m working on project I realized I had these 2 custom fields before - that were populated on all my projects - and now the fields are gone.  I used these fields to enter a link to these apps.Zendesk Ticket HubSpot DealAny idea what happened to them?  I can recreate them - but was worried when you roll this out to everyone other people might experience the same thing.

Buttons not rendering properly in Outlook Desktop

Brand new to GuideCX. Does anyone else have issues with the Task status buttons rendering properly in the Outlook Desktop application? It’s cutting off the text in the button unless I really zoom out to ~60% in the email. Works completely fine in the browser version, but this seems like a pretty significant flaw in a very common application, and most of our team and customers use Desktop.

Editor for writing custom emails

Hi all. The knowledge base articles around implementing custom emails are pretty clear, but are thin on detail about how to create the template for these custom mails. I know that I need an html editor, but which one is best and how does that process work? Can I create the email and then save the html code to import into the custom email section of GuideCX? Can someone help me with this?

Keyboard shortcut to apply URL

Is it possible a URL can be added via a keyboard shortcut? Example:Instead of clicking the link icon to add the link, I can simply press CTRL+K (on a PC) to add a link.

Notes > Internal: response via email posts as Public.

In a Task’s Notes > Internal section, I @ an internal team member in an Internal note I entered and saved. (functions as expected) The internal team member receives a ‘ <my name> mentioned you in a task on the project <name of project> email. (functions as expected) The internal team member replies to the email (functions as expected) GUIDEcx seems to capture the reply as a Public note (functions unexpectely) Expectation is that GUIDEx would capture the response as and Internal note Curious if anyone has had a similar experience.Thanks!

Microsoft Outlook error - Does not recognize the reply-to address as valid

Has anyone run into issues with being able to respond to GUIDEcx tasks via email in Outlook?A customer I am working with advised that they are unable to directly respond via email as outlook  will not allow the "respond via" email. The reply-to address seems to be the issue, its not being recognized as a valid email address. Is this maybe something their IT may need to add to an allowlist? Im pretty unfamiliar with Outlook so I’m not sure where to get started in trying to help them resolve this issue.

Customer Roles to exit Labs for improvements

Thanks for being an early adopter and trying out new features added to Labs. The main purpose of Labs is to get feedback from customers like you. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been gathering insights for “Customer Roles”, and see opportunities to make the experience even better.On Monday, November 27, we will be removing Customer Roles from Labs to make these enhancements. This means your instance will revert back to the prior “Team” tab experience, without the ability to add customer roles. We anticipate that this feature will be made accessible again the week of December 18th. Once complete, the feature will be more performant and will also be available for customers using Resource Management features.We will keep you updated if anything changes with this timeline and appreciate your patience. Thanks again for being willing to try out new features and provide feedback! We are hearing what you say and are taking action to improve the features you beta for us.

What practices have you found that help remind your customers to update their task statuses?

One hurdle that GUIDEcx users must leap, is getting their customers to start using the platform in the way it’s meant to be used--streamlining all communication into the platform with project and task notes AND updating task statuses to provide visibility and keep the project momentum rolling.We all know it’s easier said than done! It’s a new “accountability muscle” that your customers have to flex. However, there are some best practices that can be applied to increase customer engagement with the platform. What methods have you implemented that proved successful in getting your customers to update their task statuses?

How to refresh the Task Screen that I am on?

When I am on my task screen, and I refresh the page, the task list goes to my default task view.What is the proper way to refresh the task screen, with the filters that I’m using at that moment?

Can you disable the "You have been added to a project" email notifications for internal users?

There are some tasks we have set for other internal teams and they really don’t need the “you have been added to a project” email, they just need the task ones.Can you disable that email? Also they really dont need the “project overview” emails, but I still want to send those to the customers. Can we disable those for specific users?

How do I reassign all these tasks with bulk edit?

I’ve selected 34 tasks that need to be reassigned to someone else, but they aren’t showing up in the drop down. I keep getting a “No Users Match the Selected Responsibility” error.How do I reassign these tasks?PS We have resource management. Not sure if that helps.

Why am I missing a project?

I had a project titled “[Customer Name] Onboarding” that is missing from my GUIDEcx account. I have not been able to successfully click through to its url through Salesforce integrations or any of my emails. It should be located at the url: https://app.guidecx.com/app/projects/project-id#But every time I access it I am either getting an error page or redirected to my main project view page, even after clearing my browsing data and using an incognito window through chrome.Help please!
