Thanks for being an early adopter and trying out new features added to Labs. The main purpose of Labs is to get feedback from customers like you. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been gathering insights for “Customer Roles”, and see opportunities to make the experience even better.

On Monday, November 27, we will be removing Customer Roles from Labs to make these enhancements. This means your instance will revert back to the prior “Team” tab experience, without the ability to add customer roles. We anticipate that this feature will be made accessible again the week of December 18th. Once complete, the feature will be more performant and will also be available for customers using Resource Management features.

We will keep you updated if anything changes with this timeline and appreciate your patience. Thanks again for being willing to try out new features and provide feedback! We are hearing what you say and are taking action to improve the features you beta for us.

Hi @EHill we are very close! The latest changes were scheduled to go to our staging environment this week, but our engineer has been sick so that push to staging probably won’t happen until next week. After it is in staging we just need to verify a few things and then it will go to Labs.
