I have over 15 years experience in the technology industry within sales, sales training, management, customer education and success.  At SlapFive I am the VP of Customer Experience and lead the Customer Success function, along with Education, VOC, and Advocacy.  In my role I am always striving to deliver an amazing customer experience by constantly improving, educating, and building customer focused programs and processes.  You could say I am a bit customer obsessed, I am also a lover of travel, food, my family and LOVE a good reality tv show series, Bravo anyone!?

Greetings and salutations!  I'm Leo from Hartsville, SC (for now).  I've been leading implementation and PS teams for about the past ten years and have loved getting clients their first taste of the product.  I'm a 20 year Air Force veteran and have served in some pretty cool places like Germany, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the White House.  I love figuring out better ways to deliver the implementation experience to our customers and help my team grow and work towards their "next".  Looking forward to collaborating with the Onboarding Network.

I am Ashley from Little Egg Harbor, NJ (moving to Marion, IL in less than a month!) I have worked within implementation for 7 years, leading for 3 of them, specifically for payroll, HRIS, Time and Attendance, as well as talent acquisition.
