Greetings and salutations! I'm Leo from Hartsville, SC (for now). I've been leading implementation and PS teams for about the past ten years and have loved getting clients their first taste of the product. I'm a 20 year Air Force veteran and have served in some pretty cool places like Germany, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the White House. I love figuring out better ways to deliver the implementation experience to our customers and help my team grow and work towards their "next".
