Myself and another member of my team haven’t been receiving emails when a customer contact us in messages. We aren’t receiving the daily digest or messages when being @mentioned.
Also, I noticed some messages are duplicating in the system. If anyone at GUIDEcx would like a screenshot of this, please reference ticket #5346.
