My leadership is wondering if we can integrate GuideCX with our Tableau reporting. In talking to our data scientist he said “we need to know if they have an API that we can access”.
Is this possible? Has anyone ever integrated with Tableau? Is there another route that I am not aware of (not via the API?)

Yes! We have a few customers who only pay the lowest upsell price for the bottom tier of the GUIDEcx Business Intelligence. That gets you a high bandwidth data pipeline where you can easily export multiple megabytes with a single request to the query API and pull that into Tableau.
This is dramatically different from our generally available open API which is meant much more for bulk management in recipe builder around very targeted queries (rather than exploratory analytics). Here is some preliminary documentation
