I absolutely love this feature because it acts as a newsfeed for everything going on with new customers. These notes from customers and internal team members are always in the context of their projects and tasks, so it is easy to understand where they are succeeding and struggling. From there, I can easily chime in, or send a note that only my team internally can see. This feels like a superpower.
