Why am I missing a project?

I had a project titled “[Customer Name] Onboarding” that is missing from my GUIDEcx account. I have not been able to successfully click through to its url through Salesforce integrations or any of my emails. It should be located at the url:

But every time I access it I am either getting an error page or redirected to my main project view page, even after clearing my browsing data and using an incognito window through chrome.

Help please!

90% of the time this is because the project has been soft deleted or archived!

To recover it (only applicable for soft deleted projects*)

  1. Click on the drop down to the left of the Projects Search Bar
  2. Select Deleted
  3. Select the missing project
  4. Restore it 

Special things to keep in mind:

  • Soft deleted projects will be deleted after 30 days
  • Permanently deleted projects are not recoverable
  • Archived projects will continue to exist, but you can’t recover them
