Is there an Audit log that shows who's making changes to templates, users, etc?

Is there an activity log that admins can use? Specific scenario: I was OOO and come back to see changes to internal projects and a new user added as an admin. Can I pull a log that shows who made those internal changes?

GUIDEcx provides an Activity Log that captures every action made in a project, including who made the change and when. This log can be accessed by any project team member whose visibility is not restricted to "My Tasks." The Activity Log has preset filters for your convenience, such as "Project-Related" and "Task-Related" filters, which show changes related to the project itself and tasks, respectively.

However, there isn’t an Admin-specific activity log so you wouldn’t be able to see who invited the new admin user to your organization.
