How do I prevent customers from working ahead?

I have a customer that has been completing tasks where dependencies haven’t been met. (Waiting on internal things before they should be able to work on their tasks).

How do I enforce a strict rule to prevent them from working on things that aren’t ready?

Try using Hard Dependencies!

That should prevent customers from working future tasks with incomplete dependencies.

You can enable this on your templates for in-flight projects and on the template level.

Edit Templates in an in-flight project and toggle “Hard Dependencies” on!

Edit Template on the Template Level (Toggle Hard Dependencies “on”)
