I know I can use participant tasks, but I’d like to know if I can assign multiple people to the same task.
There is an old saying in project management that when two people are assigned no one is assigned
For that reason, you’ll be able to assign a task to one person and if needed that person can reassign it to someone else on their team.
Some of our customers biggest successes have come in the form of their team members having up to 4X more bandwidth and their customers completing their onboarding and implementation up to 2X faster.
One secret GUIDEcx users have learned to get those results is that when inviting a customer to a project, you can check a box to “Assign user all customer tasks”.
Doing that, gives your customer the power to invite their own colleagues to the project (from the same “Team” tab where you invited them) and reassign their tasks to their colleagues as they see fit.
You will never know everyone that should be invited and who exactly can or needs to do what--but this feature allows you to make sure nothing slips through the cracks (unassigned tasks always slip through the cracks!) and that someone on the customer team is empowered to project manage along with you.
This frees up hours of time from you and your team trying to track down who is the right person for which task (hence the dramatic increase in team bandwidth) and it also empowers your customers to self-serve and move the ball forward on their own (hence the significant decreases to their implementation time).
