For me, I always try to understand other people’s incentives and priorities. Too often, the wrong person is assigned the task, so they aren’t incentivized to complete it (or it’s not high enough up on their priority list). 
 

Better understanding the customer and their team can help ensure the onboarding process goes as smoothly as possible.

It’s all about getting the right person the right instructions at the right time!


All of those answers are relevant. Too busy first and then a customer might not know how to perform the task and / or even why it is important. So all of those answers are critical and needs to be solved so the customer can be as prompt, and productive as possible to move their onboarding along.
