Hello All, 

My team has been anxiously awaiting the release of the new messaging tool. I’m curious how you are all using it and if you come up with any best practices. I have noticed that as an admin I see every single project ever opened in GuideCX so I have shard that feedback as that is problematic. But curious how it’s working for the rest of you.

Hi ​@jeanettecazier - I’m excited that you have jumped in and are starting to play around with the new functionality. Your feedback around Admin visibility aligns with what others have shared. Our plan to address that prior to a GA release is to create some filtering or tabs or default rules inside of the Global Inbox. One of the basic use cases we have considered is simple tab system that has “Active”, “Recent”, and “All” as potential options and then just have users leverage the Search for anything else. We welcome feedback, but you are the third person I have heard from regarding visibility. 


@ccrossett Ok thanks! Another thing that is problematic for GoTo is that we can’t filter by team. We have 7 different teams using GuideCX and having to filter through every team’s projects that are in active status is definitely not ideal. And all admins will have notifications visible for every team. That makes it really hard for leaders to see the benefit of the functionality. My team was really excited about this new functionality but has felt a bit of a let down since it is not user friendly right now.
