The layout of the view of all Message doesn’t make any sense to me.  I may utilize GuideCX very differently so it just may be that perspective.  At this time I use Notes - now Message more to document status and such on what is going on for each task - info from the Support Team, Accounting rep, etc.  As I am the main user of the system - there isn’t going to be “unread message” in my circumstance - but I understand that would be useful for people that have back and forth communication.

The Recent Message Activity - I may see as useful - but I’m working multiple project and I see the same task there multiple times - one for each open project.  The only way to figure out which is which is to hover over each one and wait for it to display the full title with Project Name.
 

What I expected from this “all messages view” would be the option to group by Project - and then each message listed under there.  Also you should have the option to expand that side panel so you can see full titles - then when you click on an item - then it opens up in the other panel.
