I’m Sarita. I am Director of Customer Services here at Almabase. I handle Support and Onboarding for customers. We are a bootstrap Startup.

My struggles are the same as any of you. Trying to provide the fastest response possible through Support. Figuring out a way to best train the customers to ensure the customers are equipped with the Product. And more.
