Welcome Nikki! Thanks for being a user of GUIDEcx!
Here is my tip: Don’t hesitate to invite your customers to your project experience. The added transparency will reduce the “Where are we at?” emails and phone calls :).
Are you a new user at your company - or did your company just purchase GuideCX? I agree with @Elan the best place to start is the Guide University - very well done and helpful.
If you have more high level questions like “where do I start?” - let us know what you need ideas or details on and we will be glad to help. Mapping out your customer journey is the first step - figuring out all the tasks that need to happen, in what order, and who needs to be involved. If you have many types of products - start with the most popular one - and map out the “happy path” ie what steps are needed when everything goes right. Then you can add all the other scenarios later.
