Hi everyone! I’m Erin from Marquette, Michigan (on the beautiful, yet frozen, shores of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula.) I am a seasoned CX professional with over 15 years of experience in the BPO and telecommunications industries. Being a customer-centric person, I live for the WOW factor I can bring my clients, and striving to exceed their expectations is one of my biggest driving forces. I’m a lifelong learner and am currently wrapping up my MBA. I love to collaborate and learn from my peers and am really looking forward to working with you all on this exciting venture.

Thanks, @emaynez! Happy and excited to be here. What’s I’m really looking forward to learning is how people that are passionate about onboarding are able to overcome pushback from upper management within their organization. For me, client onboarding is one of the most important aspects of building a strong client relationship. I’m currently in a situation where my parent company keeps acquiring smaller companies, and this is leaving our clients with a less-than-fuzzy feeling leading to stress for them, as well as our internal team. I have suggested creating an actual onboarding team, but the pushback I receive has been overwhelming. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
