I'm curious to hear the approach others are taking to determine which professional services (especially related to integrations) require a full scope, proposal, and approval process versus those smaller requests where this might be overkill. How do you avoid scope creep and manage expectations effectively while ensuring the appropriate level of oversight for various types of requests? What criteria do you use, and what best practices have you found helpful in balancing thoroughness with efficiency?
