Q: I’ve reset my password and still cannot login to GUIDEcx.

A: Ask your Admin to ensure your userid is ACTIVE in the GUIDEcx User Administration page.  If your userid is deactivated, attempts to change your password still won’t allow you to log in.  Make sure you are logging in with an active userid, and from there, change your password with Forgot Password at the login prompt if required.
